Well it was my weigh in today and I have lost a pound but i was expecting to lose more tbf but im proud of the exercise iv been doing nearly everyday. I have just done a Bootcamp Calorie Burnout workout which was grueling but im still proud :)

Hi MiriPiri,

A pound or two a week is just fine. More importantly, you've not gained any - which is what overweight people, left to their own devices, normally do.

You may build more muscles as well, which I understand weigh more than fat.
