YEA!!!!!!!! After FINALLY finding a program (thanks to this site) I have FINALLY reached my goal weight!! NEVER have I been able to achieve this goal!! For those of you who think it's impossible, think again I track my food on HSK (Health Sidekick), follow a forum called "No2Binge" (BRILLIANT) and chat almost daily with the host for encouragement and questions! I've found that NOT eliminating all the foods I like was key, along with logging honestly, exercising regularly and drinking lots of water! In fact avoiding those foods set me up for failure
LOVE the tracker and it's approach to losing weight, for me has made all the difference! Seriously encourage anyone who's struggling to check it out
