YEA!!!!!!!! After FINALLY finding a program (thanks to this site) I have FINALLY reached my goal weight!! NEVER have I been able to achieve this goal!! For those of you who think it's impossible, think again I track my food on HSK (Health Sidekick), follow a forum called "No2Binge" (BRILLIANT) and chat almost daily with the host for encouragement and questions! I've found that NOT eliminating all the foods I like was key, along with logging honestly, exercising regularly and drinking lots of water! In fact avoiding those foods set me up for failure LOVE the tracker and it's approach to losing weight, for me has made all the difference! Seriously encourage anyone who's struggling to check it out I wish everybody the best in whatever program your currently doing!
Today's the FIRST day in YEARS (too many to count!) I can say I'm at my goal weight...")
Have an awesome day!!

Thank you, couldn't agree with you more! Seeing a bunch of people this coming weekend that I haven't seen in a long time, excited to see their reactions
Thank you")!! The tracker I use has three zones green (losing weight) yellow (maintaining weight) and red (gaining weight). Throughout my weight loss, I kept my calories consumed in the green zone, now I'll just keep them in the yellow zone to maintain")
I'm only 3 lbs off my healthy BMI now after 14 months and loosing not far off 8 stones. I followed no programme for most of that time and have not counted any calories or tracked anything.
All this goes to show is that there are endless ways to lose weight so find out what works for you and stick with it.
I do avoid certain food but like a blow out now and again which for me is not a problem as I just get more strict for the next few days and lose it all again.
Whatever you do you can't avoid the fact that it takes willpower and determination to succeed.
You will, just find something that's compatible with your lifestyle! I needed something I could do for the rest of my life, anyone can "diet" but then what? For years I did the short-term restrictive diets, never were successful for me! Not to mention, cutting out all the "Taboo" foods just made me crave them more! I just took it slow and lost at a study rate, best part is that nothing was scripted which was huge for me! Managing food can take on a life of it's own, I was just over it
