That was well timed! Sore after starting a new exercise plan, as have plateaued slightly with the weight loss.. :) Very interesting reading.

Yes, interesting reading. I had a lot of pain in my thigh muscles after first doing squats, but it stopped after a few sessions. I can also get pain in my knee joints during exercise and, as I'm middle-aged, that's probably more of a concern.
