I'm 5'7" and weigh 275lbs. The thing is, I have the measurements of a woman who weighs (on average) 200lbs. Is there any explanation why?

Hi Erica13,
Lots and lots of possible reasons. I mean there are always some exceptions to any 'rule'.
To be at the top of 'normal' BMI, you should probably be coming in at about 160lbs - if I've done the maths right! Even at 200lbs your BMI works out at over 31 and at 275lb it's over 43. (Again, subject to my ability at maths).
I think you should probably be talking with your GP about your situation. It is just possible that the cause of some of that excess weight may need to be explored.
