I started exercising and eating clean on august 30 2024. By December 1 I was at 105.8kgs from 123ks. I was excited thinking that by December 31 I will be between 100 and 103kgs. I have continued with exercise and my diet unfortunately my weight has since increased to 108 and has been fluctuating between 107 and 108 for the past three week. My blood pressure measurements keep improving - I check weekly and my blood glucose has improved from 6.4mmol to between 4.9 to 5.3. I measure with a finger prick everyday though when I began to see improvement I measure some days of the week. Now what could be happening with my weight. I feel frustrated by the scale though I am happy by my other indicators. Any advice to get the scale go down even to 105.8 where I was beginning of December.

Good morning, sandra81, and welcome to the forum
Many congratulations on your weight loss and improvements to your blood pressure and blood sugar over the past few months. That's very impressive - though I understand your frustration that things are now static.
I'm not sure what to suggest, if you haven't changed your way of eating this month. I'm never sure what's meant by "clean" eating - people probably have lots of interpretations. You might like to join in with our Daily Diary and post your meal plans there, for some suggestions.

Stay positive: you've come a long way
Hi Sandra, well done on sticking with it. I lost quite a bit of weight with weight watchers some years ago and it is a sad fact for people who like food, that as you lose weight you need fewer ’calories’, ’points’ or however you measure food intake to continue the weight loss. Clean eating is a good way to eat nutritious food without too much processed stuff but its not necessarily going to lead to continued losses and you may have to start looking at portion control as well. You could also increase your activity levels, though you don’t mention exercise. Hope that might help.
