I have lost 2 stone and only have about 7 ibs left to loose until I reach my normal weight for my BMI for my height.I run 4 to 5 times a week and do some weight bearing exercises too.I have decreased my portion sizes and reduced my intake of carbs.I eat lots of fibre,fish and mainly white meat,pulses seeds fruit and veg and bio yoghurt.Despite this my body fat is still very high when I measure it using the scales at boots and a local health reps hand held machine.I have gone down from a size16-18 to a size 12.Does any body know what I can do to reduce my body fat.

You don't say how high your body fat is mine is 30% and my BMI is 24.4 , have a look at this

I posted this a long while ago I am guessing I was around 12.5-13 stone then and it's only gone down by 4%
My body fat is 35.3% which is classified as obese and my BMI is 26.1 which is overweight by 1.1 My recommended weight is 7 st 2ib to 9 stone 9 ib and I am 10 stone 1ib.
How about continuing what you've already done ? I think you've undertaken all possible endeavours in the right direction.
