I cannot thank you all enough for the support you have given me 2016 has been a struggle to get through

Yes can't put a price on the feeling of friendship on the forum I often think how wonderful it would be if we all lived near each other

We are on our own on Sunday 😱first time ever in 45 years its just that the boys are all at in law's Its going to be weird but nice too we are going to a lovely country pub near then have lunch and watch The Lady in The Van and we can snooze when we want before we have a houseful they are all staying Boxing Day to Weds

Have a great time and let's hope our police sons stay safe in this rotten old world xx

Of course I forgot your son was a police officer too. We have to have a very early Christmas Day with lunch over by 2pm as he is on duty all Christmas his girlfriend is going home so it will just be my 2 daughters for a short while. As you say it's weird now as all mine are off doing their own thing with their partners so it's been me and hubby mainly and now we find we have to talk to each other lol.

Enjoy your Christmas Day as I am sure you will need a rest after Wednesday what with all the excitement. Stay safe all of you. 😊🎄
