Today's scale says I weight 72kg. I was sick last week with a cold and flu so I couldn't exercise - it's amazing how fast I put the weight back on when I stop exercising
Similar to you but to give an idea - no alcohol. No snacks but 3 meals a day . 45 mins x 4 at least Zumba . Don’t eat red meat . Minimal processed food . I have decent breakfast of porridge made with water , Greek yog and fruit with a no sugar coffee . Light lunch of either home made soup or cottage cheese or tuna salad . Evening meal varies but only brown pasta / rice with odd potato. Loads of veg with chicken or fish . No biscuits and very little chocolate or puds . This however only seems to maintain so add on long walks , nothing to eat after 7pm . Can shed about 2-4 kg then something happens - an event , a holiday etc then on it goes . I think my body likes this weight but me and BMI don’t
