Lost 1 lb. Not much 2 lb in 3 weeks but it is taking a while to get to grips with reducing portions and calories and discovering. Getting there slowly. I am pleased though with my small effort . 🙂The NHS weight loss app is a boon for me.

Here is the link to this weeks Weigh In. Do pop over and join us and meet some fellow Thursday weighers.
1lb is a good loss and 2lb in 3 weeks is fine. It takes time to adjust to a new food routine and a slow and steady loss is more sustainable. You are doing well. I'm glad the app is helping.
I hope to see you over on the Weigh In
Hi Garden4me as Gizmocat says you will get more support if you use the link to the weigh-in group. But it's also fine if you don't want to. Congratulations on your weightloss 👏 Keep up the good work. And make the most of this wonderful community. I'm new but I'm finding the more I join in, the more motivated and supported I feel. Have a lovely week 🌸
I've edited your title, Garden4me, in case it confused others looking for the weigh-in today.
2lb off is 2lb off, well done you 👏👏👏👏
Well done! It may not seem much but you are lighter than you were two weeks ago! All the small losses soon add up and you'll be flying before you know it. You've started and that is a hard thing to do trust me I know! Keep the faith and smash it!
As misstippytoes says, 2lb off is 2lb off, and don’t forget that 2lb off is also NOT 1lb or 2lb on. Its also the equivalent of 4 packs of butter around your body organs 😲As a former weightwatcher, we used to get ’told off’ for saying ’just’a pound or ’just’ a half pound. Every ounce of weightloss is hard-won whether you want to lose 10lb or 10 stones. Well done, keep up the good work.
I thought this but actually pick up a 2lb bag of sugar . It isn’t light . Think - that was on me .
