Week 3 weigh In

I maintained this week at 11 st 8 lbs. I'm ok with a maintain, however the plan is to lose weight so will try again this week :)

Week 1 - 3 lb loss

Week 2- 1 lb loss

Week 3 - maintain

Hi Mandy, maintaining is way better than gaining, as it shows you've kept your focus and not undone previous weeks' hard work. It can feel a bit disappointing though, so focus on really seeing a loss next week. Watch your diet carefully, maybe add in a little more exercise, and apply some patience too, hopefully you'll see the numbers going down again soon :)

Hi Mandy, great mindset! And there are other ways of measuring your success....are you feeling good in yourself and what are your measurements doing? All good I hope. Good luck this week....my friend always says, no such thing as good luck ...you have to work at what you want..

Hi Mandy,

I agree with Ruth that maintaining is definitely better than gaining, and so well done for maintaining. Afterall, you're maintaining a loss of 4 pounds in total, and that's really great! Hopefully you'll get the loss you want next week, all being well.

A maintain is still a result in my book, the scales don't always give us the result we have worked towards, but stay with it💋

Have you measured yourself? I do my measurements at the end of each month and have been really surprised at the results, some months when wgt has been a bit up and down I have still lost inches so give it a go👙

Well done on maintaining Mandy. I know its not the result any of us want when trying to lose weight, but keep going and you'll get there 😃
