Hi Mandy, maintaining is way better than gaining, as it shows you've kept your focus and not undone previous weeks' hard work. It can feel a bit disappointing though, so focus on really seeing a loss next week. Watch your diet carefully, maybe add in a little more exercise, and apply some patience too, hopefully you'll see the numbers going down again soon
Hi Mandy, great mindset! And there are other ways of measuring your success....are you feeling good in yourself and what are your measurements doing? All good I hope. Good luck this week....my friend always says, no such thing as good luck ...you have to work at what you want..
Hi Mandy,
I agree with Ruth that maintaining is definitely better than gaining, and so well done for maintaining. Afterall, you're maintaining a loss of 4 pounds in total, and that's really great! Hopefully you'll get the loss you want next week, all being well.
Hope you are enjoying the weekend, and wishing you a great week ahead.

Hi Mandy,
A maintain is still a result in my book, the scales don't always give us the result we have worked towards, but stay with it💋
Have you measured yourself? I do my measurements at the end of each month and have been really surprised at the results, some months when wgt has been a bit up and down I have still lost inches so give it a go👙
Here's to a good week
😇
Well done on maintaining Mandy. I know its not the result any of us want when trying to lose weight, but keep going and you'll get there 😃
Hi Mandy. I'm sure that maintaining weight is just as hard as losing it, so well done! I'm equally sure that this next week will bring the results that you are looking for. ☺
keep going, a maintain is far better than a gain. well done on the pounds you have lost x
