Hi everyone, I’m new on here -I have lurked and posted a few replies but thought it time to meet you all.
So, I want to lose about a stone, weight which has crept up on me and proved hard to shift. I was all set for dry January and a 12 week eating plan but after a few dry days I was really unwell so basically took to my bed and gave up on it all. Just about recovered from that and then an ancient back problem decided to reappear rendering me unable to walk properly -probably from lolloping in bed and slouching in an armchair for several weeks.. Anyway, my back is still very stiff so I have to be gentle but I’ve made a start eating better, even if I can’t exercise much.
I lost 5+ stones with weightwatchers back along and have mostly done okay, using a low carb regime to shift any creeping gains. So I know what I have to do.
I look forward to joining in, I know the ’journey’ is never an easy one for any of us but a bit of support along the way always helps.
