Hi. I am rejoining, I looked back. In 2020 my weight was 20st 7lb, I thought I was heavy then but over the 4 years since I have put on another stone. Feeling really low very little energy to do anything. Sorry I k ow it's new year and everyone is celebrating but just can't find anything cheerful today.

Have you tried the 5-2 diet,I was 24 stone and lost over 3 stone, I came off it and put some back on so gone back on it. It's easy to do and you can do it to suit your lifestyle,I do 2 fast days of 800 calories and the rest of the week eat what I want but within reason calorie wise.
