My last weigh in was two weeks ago as I have been away on holiday celebrating my birthday as well as Easter so here goes... Last weigh in 12.7 stone, this week's weigh in 12.10 stone! As expected - a gain. I was aware of trying to maintain and tried very hard to keep up the walking but inevitable as we went out for a few nice meals and drank more wine than usual. However on Tuesday I got back to it, which was hard as I seem to want to eat anything in sight and as from next Monday all back to normal so am hoping to lose the Easter/my birthday weight gain as soon as possible. Hope everyone else's week is going well.

At least you have faced up to it, recognised where you went wrong and rather than just throwing the towel in you're fighting on!

Glad you enjoyed your Birthday and also Easter. Sounds like you had a relaxing and enjoyable time, and enjoyed some walks. I'm sure you'll lose that extra weight very soon now that you're back on track. I've been overeating this week, so I'm not feeling too optimistic about my weigh-in on Monday, but I'm going to try to improve over the weekend, all being well.

Hi Lowcal thanks for your kind words. It has been a fun time and really difficult to get back into it. Monday sees the weekly routine which should help. Sounds like it's been a fun week for you too. I hope you have a good weigh in but if not life should get back to normal from Easter soon. It's definitely that time of year when food is particularly fun!!

Yes hopefully it will come off soon. This time last year I was much worse for weakening holiday time so am gradually learning!
