Again this week I could not walk in the park as per usual because of weather it's been bad .I'm huge again I should end up looking like a whale I went to the gym today but I don't think it's going to be enough

How tall are you because unless you are less than average height I wouldn’t call 69kg huge

I'm foxy79 please don't beat yourself I was your switchation often I weigh 89kg for it's high but I'm still trying from 114kg I dropped to 76kg up and down mainly with copd and bronchectis and psudumosus it's very difficult to maintain weight loss cause we often get chest infection in winter and where our breathing isn't like normal to others and we take perdisolne it's very difficult to loose kg but please try to maintain it by daily basis exercises and healthy diet everyday I'm sure one day you will reach your target and please don't be hard on us it's to everyone who has serve copd and bronchectis and emphasmea psudumosus. Our life is different to healthy lifestyle people oof you can maintain your lifestyle you can live a better life like myself I'm saying by experience trust me please don't beat yourself by being over weight it will go once our infection goes and we stop perdisolne. Try to maintain your lifestyle please. Thank you foxy79
