The only way I can think of is to timetable it . You Tube is good for Zumba which is great as the music motivates you if you can’t get out for a walk as weather has been awful . Boxercise is great for cardio as is a step . Alternatively if you can set aside an hour a week for a group class just as a contrast and paying for it may help you commit . So difficult but the exercise does psychologically boost me. I have been on holiday recently- walked 25000 steps most days but my diet wasn’t great so have disappointedly put on 2kg so I would try to not eat any more when exercising as I am unsure whether any of this on me is muscle but I doubt it in a week !
