Good Afternoon you wonderful people

Hope your all doing great today, day 3 of the squat challenge 60 squats omg so happy its a rest day tomorrow

Hi Richarde19691. Sorry just seen this post and wondered if the squat challenge is something you are doing yourself or is there a group doing it? 60 squats sounds quite impressive :)

I'm doing it Solo at home you start at 50 squats increase by 5 every day rest every 4th day. I split into 3 reps too rest inbetween for 30secs

That sounds like a good challenge. How many would you go up to?

By the end it will be 175 squats but as above i will break it up into more reps. If my maths are right it will be 5 reps 35

Great challenge. May consider doing that one. I was going to try to build up to be able to do a minute plank (only do about 20 secs now) and may do the squats too. Thanks for the info. Best of luck with your challenge :)

Also my plan is do this month without weights once i've done it have a few days off maybe a week and then start over with a low resistance band like a 8lb band
