Another Wednesday good news

Am only 2 weeks in but I have to admit that it is difficult to change what you eat, There are things that I miss but it's always a reward to see the reward on Tuesday evening! I exercised everyday and was still putting on weight, so I knew I had to change my diet. I am really glad I did! It's made me realise how much I was eating and how badly.

What a motivation to keep going!!

Why don't you join in our weekly Wednesday weigh-in elphie2185

Keep exercising because you will find it improves everything.

I was once told if you don't change what you do you will keep getting the same results.

Just small changes can make a big difference. Keeping a food diary is a great step .... Share it with us and we'll only give you good advice and loads of support. Good luck xx

Go to 'Home' and you'll see it on the right under events. Link to Wednesday 18th weigh-in. Have a read through and you should get the gist.

Please try to comment on the person above you, it's all about sharing, giving, supporting.

Best if you can stick to the same weigh-in days.

Xx

Minor changes like altering the mix of foods that you eat - increasing proportions of good stuff and reducing the percentage of not so good can make such a difference - are totally doable and you don't feel too deprived - well done, keep it going :)
