Good morning Losin_it_4_real and welcome to our friendly forum. I think there are a lot of us who, due to changes in routine and circumstances, struggled with our weight during the pandemic so you are not alone there. We can certainly help you on your way to losing those excess pounds and have lots going on here to help you. I'm posting a link to our pnned posts which is where this community comes to its best to support, advise and become part of our daily life.
There's lots going on so take a moment to look around at what is on offer and get used to navigating the site. To find our pinned posts easily, here's a link healthunlocked.com/weight-l...
We strongly advise you join in with the Weekly Weigh In (WI), pick a day which suits you best to stand on the scales each week and then come and record it on the WI post and join in supporting others. Also the Daily Diary where we record our menu plan for each day and chat about our trials and tribulations of the day. You can join in any others that suit you, but those are the ones that will give you the most support on your weight loss journey
We hope to see you joining in and wish you the best of your weight loss journey xx
I feel I've been losing the same weight for the last 20 years. I go down 2 or 3 stone then it creeps back on then I start the same cycle over and over again. It can be so hard to lose yet so easy to gain. I've now vowed not to buy a larger size in clothes and now have a work uniform supplied which makes me even more determined not to have to request a larger size. We CAN do this! Stick at it! Xx
