Well done! The snacking unconsciously is something I am very guilty of, and keeping occupied certainly helps. This forum is good at distracting me I find and trying to do things like puzzles or learning a language online or a craft helps. Keep at it x

It's always worth checking, when snacks creep in, whether your meals are filling enough. Think of snacks as eating between meals (which is what they are) and see what adjustments you could make to your meals e.g. more protein and/or healthy fats
I went volunteering at a girl guiding group tonight! I met loads of new people and it kept me occupied and I haven't had time to think about food! I used to always go to the gym or swimming when I felt hungry before or bored but I have moved to a new area and the gyms and pools shut at 8pm so I am stuck 🙃 for a new habit!
