having lost a lot of weight, I got bored and overly confident and fell back on old habits. Covid was an excuse to pig out. I need to lose weight quickly in the next 6 weeks for a family event. 7 lbs would bring me back to 120 lbs and close to my weight if many many years. More clothes would fit me etc.

i would appreciate your support and will give mine to others.

Welcome back Lilaclady24, covid has a lot of weight gains to answwer for. I'm sure that your goal weight for the family event is perfectly doable, that's more or less 1lb a week :)

As some things have changed since you were last here this is the link to our pinned posts where you will find everything that we have to offer. I see that you were a member of the Super Sunday Slimmers so our weigh in is a good place to begin, you can join in when you like, today or wait until Sunday if you prefer.
