Weighin

Last December I weighed in at 18stone 2lbs. I've had a bad couple years previous. Losing both parents a close friend and finally my beautiful faithful Molly. Who has seen me thro some very bad times. Wont go into detail. My business grew massively and overwhelmed me which all eventually took its toll. My mental and physical health deteriorated health and my weigh piled on. Anyway. I sold the business last September. After a few months of no pressure of the business and getting a another dog I eventually got myself together. So at Christmas I started my journey. After the shock of weighing in at 18stone 2lbs I finally reached my 1st target. I now weigh 12stone 5lbs. When I get back from Spain mud sept I shall head for my final target of 11 stoneI now feel well mentally and physically and all my friends and family have noticed a massi e difference in me. My confidence and my general persona is far better.

So all you out there struggling. Be strong and take each day as it comes. For every bad day there are loads of good days. So keep going. The rewards are well worth it

This will help you post your weigh-in stats correctly, Ladytrucker1. You need to post as a reply, if you have to add a title and fill in a template, you're posting a stand alone thread, not adding to the weigh-in thread healthunlocked.com/weight-l...

Hi there, so sorry for what you have been through but a massive well done to you for sticking at the weight loss that's fantastic!! I'm on my journey too and for the umpteenth time trying again I've only been on it for 3 weeks but have changed my mindset about how I eat. This is the last chance for me I need to do it now. Long way to go with stress along the way but I'm going to keep going. Jo x

Sorry for what you've been dealing with but what an amazing weight loss, I'm also back on the wagon for the umpteenth time but determined to hang on. Such positivity from others is very helpful.
