Hi all , I started the Nhs 12 week plan a year ago and I can honestly say it’s changed my life for the better , I feel happier , healthier and much fitter, I started last year really miserable and found this forum , it’s the best decision I’ve made for a long time , I started off 14.7 and size 16 clothes were getting to small , I am now 11 stone today and a size 12 , I got loads more confidence and so much energy . So if your starting of like I was , it can happen and will happen , you will have blips but it’s well worth it . So good luck and thanks to all who have supported me along the way xxx

Well done Gaynor. I feel really inspired by ur success. I'm having trouble navigating my way around and I have no idea where to locate my newbie badge and I'm doing all this on my mobile because I'm rarely home due to work etc! Wow Gaynor, that's amazing! It's always nice to hear success stories as it does inspire us folk still on the path to optimal weight. I do find this forum very supportive and whatever your interest/problem/success you wish to post, there is a thread or you can create your own! Please keep us posted on how you are finding maintenance, I hope to also be there by the end of this year! Good luck all, we can get there too....
