Tracking everything you eat is a great way to see exactly what you are eating and counting the calories will help to make adjustments to the level you need. Have you checked your calories range to ensure you will be eating the right amount? Keeping your fluid intake up also helps

Welcome to the community. Counting calories can be a bit daunting when you first start but it becomes easier with time. There are many apps out there that you can use that will really speed up the process too.

I don't count calories because it doesn't help to control weight because all calories are not the same, all I do is avoid carbohydrates especially refined ones. The fat in your body is made from exess blood sugar, not the fat you eat. youtu.be/nxyxcTZccsE
