I'm just starting calorie counting so need to get regular with tracking everything I eat and need to up my water intake

Tracking everything you eat is a great way to see exactly what you are eating and counting the calories will help to make adjustments to the level you need. Have you checked your calories range to ensure you will be eating the right amount? Keeping your fluid intake up also helps :-)

We would love to see you join in with all that is on offer on our forum, you will get lots of ideas and support. Try joining in with the Daily Diary where we share our meal and exercise plans for the day and chat about general day to day life and the Weekly Weigh in, where we support and celebrate our achievements and offer helpful advice when the struggles hit us.

Welcome to the community. Counting calories can be a bit daunting when you first start but it becomes easier with time. There are many apps out there that you can use that will really speed up the process too.

I don't count calories because it doesn't help to control weight because all calories are not the same, all I do is avoid carbohydrates especially refined ones. The fat in your body is made from exess blood sugar, not the fat you eat. youtu.be/nxyxcTZccsE
