Hi everyone😊 so I've signed up today as I need advice and motivation to loose weight. I want to loose 2 stone in by March if that's possible as I get married on 10th March eeeeeeks.

I'm5.8 or something like that and weigh exactly 12 stone 😣😣

You've got great motivation and you've given yourself plenty of time to reach your goal.

The Newbie Club has a link to the NHS 12 week plan, which helped me after too many years of failing.

Hi I also signed in yesterday and I want to lose 3 stone by March. I am mum of three girls and I want to look nice and fit because I am fed up with my fat tummy, after having 3 c-sections.

there C sections is a lot for your body to repair, take it easy - long and slow wins the race when it comes to weight loss.

Congratulations on the up coming nuputials! You can lose that by March ..don't bring any junk food in the house..eat something healthy before you go to office party..and a glass of water this is a hard time of year to diet because you are inundated with food ..just keep your eye on the prize..you looking gorgeous in the dress..put a picture on your phone ...bring a bottle of water with you every where and a healthy snack like a little bag with 10 almonds so you don't grab the closest thing and eat it... Try to write down what you eat and calories.. You will be surprised how many calories sneak in..anyway welcome 😊
