5 days to go and the 40 days are here. Fingers crossed I’ll make it. Hopefully the scales will show a loss soon.

Thank you FF, don’t think I’m inspiring but I feel much better going from an almost compulsory drink with my meal every evening, to knowing that I can have a drink when I feel I’d like one. 👍

Thank you. It’s my daughter’s 40th next week. That’ll be after my 40 days but I feel if I have a drink then I’ll be able to go back to non drinking afterwards now. So all good.
