Hiya. If there is a medical reason for you to lose weight 'fast', your doctor might discuss this with you. If you just 'feel' you want to lose weight fast, then I'm afraid that desire is just part of the unhealthy mental cycle that got us all here in the first place. I am currently losing 2lb a week and I probably have another 3 months to go. It feels good to lose weight healthily. It didn't at first. Of course I wanted to lose it fast, we all do. But that just leads to yoyo dieting and I've been doing that for years. All the very best to you
