It is often because we haven't been eating enough rather than too much.
Are you sleeping well ? Are the exercises you are doing gaining muscle? This is what I was asked by one of my Zumba teachers as I am eating same decent food - not gaining but staying the same and now back at work. I was bought a step for my birthday. Finding it hard - can do about 25-20 mins of a so called beginner routine on You Tube . I thought this would burn calories. Also had gall bladder out in January. Our bodies are complex . Hate to say - pay - but if you are going nowhere then maybe a few sessions with a nutritionist who would tooth comb your eating plans . I would then stick to their ideas - to the book . You seem determined but reading your posts you are stagnant. I have total empathy with you .
Do a wee bit fasting, this can get your metabolism working again, if it's decided to go into fat storing mode. It works for me. All the best
Yes I'm trying fasting because it's Ramadan. The difficulties I'm not allowed to fast with the intention of any kind of gain.I really want to be back down to the way I was before I'm just so gutty that I gain this way in the first place
