Maybe you need to shack it up a bit. When I hit a plateau for a few weeks after losing 5st I changed my excercise bike for a cross trainner which worked my body more and I also lowered my calories by 100 and got the weight loss started off again. I am a little concerned that at 6'2" your only having 1,500 calories a day. Please use the BMI checker to work out your daily allowance.

I do suggest weights & kettfusion or body pump anything like that ur body needs more than just cardio... & if u start to add something like weights ur body will burn more fat, I had to mix up my routine as ur body gets used to certain exercise, good luck x
I'm a bit of an obsessive character, and I like to control things - I worry that if I increase my calories, it will be playing on my mind. However , if the weights don't work after a couple of weeks, I will try.
You may like to control things but you can't actually control the laws of thermodynamics and metabolic response and so on. If you are chronically putting your body on starvation mde (which with 1500 cals at your height, you are) it will be desperately hanging on to every fat molecule it can.
Have a couple of protein shakes a day on top of your current regime and go and do a few sessions of Crossfit a week and you will bust that plateau in a trice.
Please listen to this GrahamJones as this is why you are not losing weight.
But when I checked your measurement your BMI IS 24.6 so you don't have very far to go. Experts suggest we can only lose 1% of our body fat each week. For long term leanness it's really important not to lose too quickly.
When I first joined I was only eating around 1000 Cals because I am quite impatient and just wanted it done but this was my problem. I could never lose weight and then once I upped my calories and ate the right amount I started to lose weight and have since lost 2st. Please do follow this as it will help. All it was doing to me was turning my body into starvation mode which meant it turned everything I ate into body fat and this weighs more than eating the extra calories does so it stops you from losing weight and turns what you do eat into fat to keep it going which is why after a while you will weigh more. My body has completely changed and I have lost loads of the fat as well. I am so pleased I done this. For the final stone you have to lose going by one or two pounds shouldn't be too bad because at least you will lose it, if you don't do this and keep getting nowhere how long will this take. Good luck.
