Hi, so I’m rejoining this community as really need some help :). For past two years I’ve lived alone & am single for first time since 2006. It’s meant I’ve gone back into full time work and it’s brutal! My health and self care have gone out of the window and I really want to get my figure back. I’m at the heaviest I have ever been in my life (12 stone!). Over past years since 2013 I’ve jumped around 9.10 stone to 10.8 stone mainly due to winter v summer… I struggle to get into a routine I stick to. So. I’ve given myself a target of March next year - 16 weeks - to loose 34 pounds, to get back down to 9.10 stone & then over the spring to get back down to 9.4 stone.
I have a very stressful job but am fed up feeling overweight. So here I am. I’m going to check in once a week to make myself accountable. I’ve lost weight in past so know I can do it too. Mind over matter. I’m off to Morocco for a week in December for some R&R & hoping that I can really decompress there and by then have had lost 8-10 pounds too. I find having a space to journal what I’m going the link really helps and knowing there’s others around me going through exactly the same thing - helps too.
