Food plan this week

B: I'll be asleep

L: either be Quaker oatmeal (strawberries & cream) / salad with italian dressing

Late afternoon nap before work

D: power bar & coffee at work (6pm - 11pm)

This varies on my days off depending if I can bring myself to stand at the stove to cook. Otherwise I do salad & Smart Ones frozen dinners.

I'm not sure what food plan, if any, you're following, but I am concerned that you're not eating enough. Maybe you'll be able to pick up some tips for simple meals, especially those that can be prepared ahead of time and frozen/taken to work.

I tried both. One link showed I'm supposed to scroll down to reply & post. It didn't work. Got a message saying reply button turned off. Went to other link to reread. I don't understand & now I'm cconfused. Is this like everyone starts at begining of month & I just came in at the wrong time? I've never done social media in my life & never even owned a smart phone til a year ago. I'm sorry if I'm creating a problem, I think I goofed.
