Lot of weight to lose...

Hi all I have a good 8 stone to lose. Thinking of trying Exante meal replacement bars, has anyone done this and had success pls? Thanks.

Hello and welcome to the forum!

I have tried Exante, several times even.

I actually had lost a lot of weight on LighterLife, but I gained all of it back and more. In the process of gaining it back I would turn to Exante in desperate hope to somehow cope with it. I initially thought it was a good starting point for those who have a lot of weight to lose and need it fairly fast. I now have my doubts about it and do think that eating real food is more beneficial.

But I personally did have to go down the meal replacement path to figure this out So it's possible that you also need it
