weight in

hi can any please help me. I need to understand my new scales ???

I weight in last week 10st 10lb.8 now I weight in 10st 9lb.2 what is the end number and how much have I lost???

I personally ignore the end number, but basically for one and a half pounds it would say 1.5 if that makes sense. I would say you've lost 1.6lbs so jut over 1 and a half. Well done

You've lost 1 Pound 9½ Ounces (actually 9.6 ounces)

Your weight imperially (Stone & Pounds) but your scales shows fractions of a pound decimally, so .5 would equal 8 ounces as there are 16 ounces in a pound. Personally I would not be to concerned with the ounces.

If you change your scale settings (there is usually a switch underneath) you wont see the extra point something
