Hello - another newbie signing in. Celebrated New Year by standing on the scales and scared myself witless!! I am only 5' 7" and was disgusted to see my weight had risen to 16st. Time for postive action. Over the last two weeks I have cut out all snacks - crisps being my biggest sin - have swapped white bread for wholemeal and reduced portion sizes - and, so far, have lost 7lbs. That has given me the incentive to join this 12 week plan.
