Hello Ridwaanmaxamud. I'm rather confused about your post and not sure if you're wanting to lose weight and join the weight loss forum.

There is no fatigue and constant tiredness if you don't cut your calories but you can lose weight by getting those calories from fats and proteins rather than carbohydrates especially refined carbohydrates.

There was no fatigue or tiredness here. I cut my calories but focussed on healthy home cooked meals with less snacking and had alot more energy. I sleep better at night and have even more energy.
