Have been quietly going about losing some weight as I had really let myself go, starting out at 146kg back in the summer of 2018.
Today I am now nearly 54 years of age and I weighed in at 128kg, so really happy with that, half way to my initial target of getting down to 110kg.
It’s been a mixture of balanced calorie deficit eating, portion control and a steady amount of exercise.
Still a long way to go, but already I feel so much better. Good luck to all those on the same journey. Neil 👍
