Having started to try to lose weight about 13 weeks ago at 73.05 kg and gone up and down a bit along the way I am now 69.7 kg. Hoped it would have been more but I guess some is better than nothing. Portion sizes are more controlled too. Hope to lose another 3 kg before my son's wedding in December.

I know the feeling. Well done in getting so far. I've rejoined here to give me inspiration and it certainly does. We're all on a weight loss journey with it's ups and downs. I weigh about the same as you were at the beginning. This time I am determined. You have 4 months to December to your son's wedding so it gives you inspiration to lose more. Good luck.👍

That is a significant weight loss. Better to lose it slowly and keep it off and you have lots of time until the wedding. Good luck
