Finally started to prepare food before going g to work and putting in slow cooker so when I get home food is ready to serve and this has stopped me snacking whilst cooking and eventually sitting down to a healthy meal and this has also helped me to lose weight. One week in and lost 6 lbs I also started putting a salad box together with precooked noodles from asda along with cherry tomatoes lettuce and boiked egg drizzled with skinny sweet chilli sauce which taste lovely and fills you up at lunch time as I am nit one for breakfast and always in the move with work and I find I can eat this anywhere my only down fall at the minute is crisps on an evening so I have tried to swap them for salt and vinegar snack a Jack's so we shall see how I go this week

Welcome back, Thern :)

It looks as if you've found a method that's working for you. Maybe try our daily diary for more dietary hints and tips? :)

As a reminder, all of the information you need about the forum can be found in Pinned Posts healthunlocked.com/weight-l... and we hope you'll be joining all the Events, Challenges and Clubs that we run, especially a weigh-in and the daily diary.

We've found active participation to be key to successful weight loss and, of course, it's a good way to get to know people, find inspiration and share support and encouragement.

Wishing you all the best :)

Planning is key in my book Thern, so well done! I also try to cook extra then divide it into Tupperware boxes, so I don’t need to cook every day.

I agree with moreless about the Daily Diary, it very useful to write out what you are planning to eat and it really helps adherence

Good luck!
