Hi everyone, thanks for all your help and advice got my results and everything was super normal no further action, I honestly think my numbers must have been up due to stress and worry, scary what stress can do to your body!! Thanks again everyone got a lot of other health things going on so my main focus is getting weight lost and as fast as possible!!

No. There’s one every day. You just pick which day of the week you want to become involved in and post there. Everything you need to know is in the first post.
