Best advice I can give is to spend time reading all the information that's available here and to get involved.
All of the information you need about the forum can be found in Pinned Posts healthunlocked.com/weight-l... and we hope you'll be joining all the Events, Challenges and Clubs that we run, especially a weigh-in and the daily diary.
We've found active participation to be key to successful weight loss and, of course, it's a good way to get to know people, find inspiration and share support and encouragement.
So two days down and I’ve managed to stay on track 😬😬 it might not seem that much of a big deal but usually I start off well, by the the end of the day I’ve started with reasons I deserve a glass of wine or a chocolate bar.. and then it all goes down hill
I’ve eaten around 1300 calories both days, feeling positive and confident I’ll stay on track.
Meal prepping seems to be helping alone with healthy snacks..
Have you joined a weigh-in Louise? The Wednesday wobblers will welcome you with open arms and support you all the way. You can get stuck in chatting to more people too. Well done on your first 2 days, the start is quite often the hard bit 😊 xx
Ah, yes the weigh in is mainly our weigh in stats with a bit of chatter too about how the week has gone and hopes for the week after, and anything else you want to say, mention or ask. Have you tried the daily diary? Thats for setting out meal and exercise plans and lots of chatter about ourselves, problems, laughable moments, general plans for the day etc. As little or as much as you want to talk about really.
The diary for each day is in the pinned posts too, just under the weigh in. Have a nosey, reply to a few people, post something yourself and just join in as much as you can or time allows. Some days i get to chat with practically everyone, other days, like today i've hardly had any free time. Both posts are open from 9pm the day before to 9pm on the day xx
