I started last Monday with 2stone 6lb to lose ... First weigh day tomorrow .... Eek! I also downloaded MyFitnessPal to help with calorie counting and it has definitely helped keep me on track!
Good for you. I wish you good luck on your journey. I've stuck with it for just over 8 weeks and find this forum a great place to keep you motivated and find support. I believe that if you put all your efforts into your first week this is the week you will find the most weight come off. I wish I knew this when I started as I would have pushed myself more.
