So I got back from my holiday a few days ago and it's safe to say I didn't stick to any kind of healthy eating while I was away... when in Spain...
I'm planning to restart tomorrow with the NHS 12 week programme. Even though I didn't manage the full 12 weeks before I went away it helped me lose quite a bit of weight so I'm back on it tomorrow. Going to see what I've got in the fridge and plan my meals. I know that all the support from everyone here will get me back on track πͺπ»
