So I got back from my holiday a few days ago and it's safe to say I didn't stick to any kind of healthy eating while I was away... when in Spain...
I'm planning to restart tomorrow with the NHS 12 week programme. Even though I didn't manage the full 12 weeks before I went away it helped me lose quite a bit of weight so I'm back on it tomorrow. Going to see what I've got in the fridge and plan my meals. I know that all the support from everyone here will get me back on track πͺπ»

You can do it!!! Just set your mind to it. Happy meal planning.
Just remember - you are not starting again. You're just picking up where you left off and getting over that Spanish glitch (and I bet you're not back at your original start weight either)
Get back on your horse!!!! It happens....the holidays are hard, and we have to enjoy them too, right? I was also in Spain, and, well...it's all come back off now after just a week!!!
