WHERE IS MY PERIOD ?

i AM 46 YEARS OLD , AND LAST 6 MONTHS MY CYCLE HAS BEEN ALL OVER THE PLACE , 12 , 18 , 7 , 2 ..ETC . THEN I STARTED A DIET PILL AND THIS MONTH NO CYCLE , I STOPPED TAKING THE DIET PILL , MY QUESTION IS HOW LONG AFTER TAKING THE DIET PILL DO YOU THINK MY CYCLE WILL RETURN OR IS THIS THE FIRST SIGN OF PRE MENOPAUSE

I went through menopause a 46 so could be that, if you started periods early (I did at just 11) you tend to menopause early. Mine just stopped just like that no missing periods or anything, everyone is different though. May or may not have anything to do with diet pills, does it say anything in sheet with them?
