I want to join in again as the support of this group helped me so much the first time around.
My story: In 2017-2018 I lost 15kg. I started a new project and I gained everything back. In middle 2019 I tried again but I think because I didn't have a plan i couldn't lose weight.
This year I got really fed up with myself. I started working as a facillitator in my dream job. They gave me a t-shirt and it was so tight I couldn't wear it without a too small strappy top to tuck everything in and to shrink myself a bit.
So I started again on 1 March 2021 weighing 82.7 kg. I decided to do a keto diet with intermittent fasting as this gives me boundaries for eating especially when I'm too busy to count calories or plan my meals.
It's been working so far and I'm down to 75,9kg. That's 6.8kg gone. My t-shirt fits better and I threw 2 jeans out.
As I don't feel like a total failure I decided to join the group again. I have read everything for our Newbies. Would it be possible to join the weighing in on a Monday?
