Welcome to the forum Bbrown1985 you'll get lots of support here and I'm sure someone from the TeamAdmin will be along to formerly introduce you to the fabulous network of support. I think you're very brave to lose weight and stop smoking and my biggest piece of advice would be to take one day at a time. Have lots of vegetables sticks in the fridge and take up a hobby that occupies your hands, I gave up smoking several years ago ( when the price of cigarettes wasn't nearly £10.00) and everyday I didn't have a cigarette, I put the money in a jar, after a month I spent it on me. You could try that?
I also downloaded a colouring app on my phone which occupies my hands to stop me snacking,

Good luck for your journey. One thing I found very useful when I stopped smoking was to three quarter fill a small plastic bottle with water. Once out of the freezer it melts very slowly and I always had a mouthful of ice cold water. Like Progressoverperfect I saved the money I would have spent on cigarettes. Actually I still save that amount each month, have done for 16 years and as a result always have treat money🤣😂
