I have never in my whole life been more than 10 stone 8 as I’m very tall that felt normal!
So the second lockdown I decided to get a grip , I get up do 20 minutes workouts each day . I’m hoping it will also help my heart ❤️ failure, and help me be fitter in mind and soul !
I’m doing well so far just pray I stay well enough to continue, some days I don’t feel like it but I do it , I’m 75 so happy at the moment ! For sure it keeps our bodies more supple!

I need to but some scales as I go by my clothes I know I’ve lost a lot as I can get some clothes on I could not before ! I’ll get some scales and join , fabulous x
Hi Crystal-21 and welcome back! Well done for deciding to get back on track. I understand what you mean about being tall, I'm very tall too and can carry an extra stone or two without anyone noticing.
