Good morning everyone, i have not been on here for along time, maybe about 3 years or more, but i am finding it hard to lose weight wondered if i could get some help, does anyone know how to count calories or how much a woman is suppose to have during the day to lose and how much excercise, thank you

Exercise plays a very small part in weight loss, although it's very important for health and well-being. My advice would be to choose something that you enjoy and that you'll be able to keep up. You can get good ideas, advice and support from our Fit is Fun Club.
