I love cheese! This isn’t my recipe but totally yummy. Good Paneer is a bit like Haloumi - squeaky! Hope you like it Lytham

Yum! I love saag paneer. I was really excited when I first discovered it, because it's great as a lower carb dish if you're cooking curry for the family. Now I'm hungry thinking about it

That looks lovely, I’ve never tried paneer but I love halloumi particularly the squeak when you bite it.
