I’m 46 and since January I’ve lost 23kg. I’m very happy in general but the weight has come off my legs, bum and boobs far more than off my tummy.
I don’t think my tummy is all fat, I think it’s a lot of skin that’s saggy from years of being overweight. Is that a thing? And will it go away eventually or am I stuck with wobbly tummy skin for ever?

Hello and welcome Megellan, well done on your weight loss so far
Wouldn't it be wonderful if we could choose where the weight drops from! The tummy is the hardest place to loose it. This is due to the visceral fat that is stored there. Eating a low carb diet will help with this.
I would also look up some tummy toning exercises on you-tube

Thanks, will do. I must be honest, low carb is hard for me. I was overweight because I ate too much of everything, I’ve just cut down on amounts, cut out all chocolate and started running. But my diet is mainly veg and dairy and carbs now. I like brown bread and white pasta so much, I didn’t realise it was affecting my tummy directly. I’ll have a look at the low carb recipes though for inspiration....
The problem with white carbs is that they turn to glycogen so are just as bad for us as the chocolate, sweets, cakes etc.
I never thought I would be able to give up carbs but, introducing healthy fats stops you craving for them, you crave them because they are sugar. When I was eating carbs I used to feel full at mealtimes and an hour or so later would be hungry again. That is not the case now
If you want to find some inspirational low carb recipes take a look at Diet Doctor, I haven't found one I don't like yet.
There is also an LCHF forum where you will find more advice, if you are interested in looking into it a bit more
