I know it's not everyones favourite but by gosh it's good and I love it.
Embarrassingly easy ๐คซ
One onion - I used a red one.
Bag of sprouts 500gms
Spray of rapeseed oil.
Vegetable stock cube - I used a knorr stock pot.
Savory Engevita yeast flakes.
Roughly chop and sautรฉ onions, add Sprouts, litre or so of water and stock cube. Simmer untill Sprouts are soft, blend with a stick blender or liquidiser. Stir in heap dessert spoon of yeast flakes to taste.
I let the onions slightly caramelise, it brings out the flavour.

Sounds tasty. I've included Brussel sprouts in soup recipes I've used for my soup maker. The soups have always tasted well when I've included sprouts. Will try this one. Thank you for posting.
I was a bit sceptical at first and saw them as a bit of a gimmick. However, I bought mine about eight months ago and wouldn't be without it now. It is very quick to make soup in one of these soup makers. I often vary the soups that I make, including vegetables that I want to use up. I've found that the soup always turns out well. I bought the largest soup maker that I could find which is a 1.6 litre soup maker. This gives me four good sized portions. If you're only using one portion at the time, the other portions can be frozen. I absolutely love soup so this has been one of the best purchases that I've made. Best wishes.
