Hi and welcome, Math786 :)

It sounds as if you're doing the same as us. I lost 47kg in 15 months using LCHF and intermittent fasting. Are you here for our support? :)

wow, you doing better than me, yes, I have hit a few plateaus and relapses. But keep going. LCHF is a life saver. I have been doing a lot of research and it actually goes back centuries to John Rollo in the UK, at least to specifically treat diabetes. I need to increase my weight loss, doing 1kg per week

I've been following LCHF for 5 years now and wouldn't consider returning to the way I used to eat.

Very helpful, thks, I haven't been checking my ketones and order some ketone urine sticks. Cramps have been a issue and fatigue

You probably have a slight electrolyte imbalance, bone broth and salt could help that.

Honestly, save your money. Ketone sticks will only pick up the ketones your body is excreting, once you're fully fat adapted, your body will use them more efficiently and won't excrete them.

You can get a more accurate picture with blood ketones, but knowing about them doesn't change them. My advice would be relax and let your body do what it needs to do :)
