You probably have a slight electrolyte imbalance, bone broth and salt could help that.
Honestly, save your money. Ketone sticks will only pick up the ketones your body is excreting, once you're fully fat adapted, your body will use them more efficiently and won't excrete them.
You can get a more accurate picture with blood ketones, but knowing about them doesn't change them. My advice would be relax and let your body do what it needs to do
